Justin Macella is in his second year as an Illinois Wesleyan football assistant in 2015, working with the defensive line.
A 2010 graduate of Grove City College with a degree in history/secondary education, he was a three-year starter as an offensive lineman and earned honorable mention all-Presidents Athletic Conference honors as a senior center.
He spent two years as line coach at South Range High School in North Lima, Ohio, and taught for two years at Prague (Okla.) High School as a teacher and assistant line and special teams coach.
He is pursuing a master’s degree in sports psychology at Illinois State University.
