2008: Completed 179 of 300 passes for 2102 yards and 24 touchdowns, fourth most in IWU season…CCIW “Offensive Player of the Week” for his play in a 35-24 win vs. Elmhurst (Oct. 25) when he was 23-of-34 for 330 yards (14th best in an IWU game) and four TDs…Tied school mark with six TD passes in 48-34 win over Alma (Sept. 13) when he was 17 of 26 for 272 yards…

2007: Named team’s “Most Improved Player”…Completed 168 of 303 passes for 1,869 yards and 15 TDs…CCIW “Player of the Week” for his play in 35-31 win over Carthage (Oct. 6) when he was 27 of 37 for 404 yards and five TDs along with 52 yards rushing…The 456 yards is No. 2 in IWU single game total offense and the 404 yards is No. 3…The .730 completion percentage is third best in IWU game, and 27 completions is fourth top single game total…

PERSONAL:  Born April 21, 1988...High school coach: Ross Forlines…All-Okaw Valley Conference in football, basketball, and baseball…Won two letters in football and basketball, and three in baseball for the Rams…Team captain in all three sports…All-state basketball selection…Batted .340 with nine HRs in 2009 for Titans and was second team all-region and first team all-CCIW for second straight year…All-Central region for 2008 Titans as he hit team-high .381 with 19 doubles…Business administration major…Parents are Tim Ladd and Dixie Ladd.
