2010-11: Was an NCAA Division III All-American as she finished fifth in the 200 backstroke (2:01.87) and fourth in the 100 backstroke (55.87 seconds) at the NCAA swimming championships, held in Knoxville, Tenn., March 23-26...Was named the “Most Oustanding Participant” in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin meet and earned all-conference as she won the 200 backstroke, the 100 backstroke and was on the winning 200 medley relay team...Was named CCIW women's "Swimmer of the Week" on Jan. 11 for her performance in dual meet win at Principia...

2009-10: Placed first in the 200 backstroke at the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championships where she also placed 2nd in the 100 backstroke and swam a leg in the 400 medley relay that placed 2nd, the 200 medley relay that placed 2nd, and the 800 freestyle relay that placed 2nd. She also set a school record in the 100 backstroke with a time of 58.59, the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:06.70, her 200 medley relay with a time of 1:48.12, and her 400 medley relay with a time of 3:56.35...Was named CCIW women's "Swimmer of the Week" on Nov. 17 as she won the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke and finished third in 100 butterfly in dual meet with Carthage on Nov. 15...

2008-09: Was named College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin "Swimmer of the Week" (Nov. 4, 2008)...

PERSONAL: Born September 8, 1989...Was all-conference in swimming and water polo at Homewood Flossmoor HS...Majoring in psychology at Illinois Wesleyan...Parents are Mr. Mark Peterson and Mrs. Lynn Calhoun.
