Ehrlich Goes 2-1 on Day Two of ITA Regional

Senior ends tournament in consolation quarterfinals

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Senior Amber Ehrlich (Springfield, Ill.-Glenwood) went 2-1 on day two of the ITA Central Regional hosted by Kalamazoo College, Saturday, Sept. 26.

The senior began her day with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Ohio Northern's Caroline Allen in the consolation round of 32. She followed with a 6-0, 6-1 victory in the consolation round of 16 over Paige Mills of Rose-Hulman. In the consolation quarterfinals, Ehrlich fell to Kate Herlihy of North Central, 6-4, 6-1 to conclude her tournament.

Ehrlich and the rest of the IWU women's tennis team resume College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin play, Tuesday, Sept. 29 at North Central College. First serve is scheduled for 4 p.m.
