Women’s Tennis Falls to Coe

Ehrlich collects singles victory

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's tennis team fell to Coe College, 6-1, Sunday, March 15 at the USTA National Campus. The Kohawks improve to 10-2 while the Titans slide to 8-6.

Coe claimed the doubles point with a win at all three spots. In singles play, the lone IWU win came from junior Amber Ehrlich (Springfield, Ill.-Glenwood). Ehrlich picked up a 6-4, 6-2 win at the top singles spot over Addison Leasure.

The Titans resume their spring break trip tomorrow, March 16, against Edgewood College. First serve is scheduled for 8 a.m. ET
