Welcome back to Titan Table Talk! Each week we sit down with Illinois Wesleyan coaches and student-athletes to hear their stories, reflections, and updates from around Titan athletics.

Matt Sosler opens the show with Director of Wrestling Adam Richards following the men's conference meet and ahead of the women's regionals. Head women's lacrosse coach Abby Kushina and assistant coach Monica Jarrett preview their season with the lidlifter this Saturday. With many records falling, head men's volleyball coach Brandon Mueller and assistant coach Mike Eastman wrap up the program.

Coach Richards recaps the men's conference meet where four Titans finished in the top six. He also recaps the growth of the program so far this season and previews the first ever NCAA Women's Wrestling Championship, which begins with the regional competition, Friday Feb. 20 and Saturday, Feb. 21.

Coach Kushina and Coach Jarrett reflect on the offseason, their exhibition at Kalamazoo College, and preview the upcoming campaign.

16:05 – Head Men's Volleyball Coach Brandon Mueller and Assistant Coach Mike Eastman
Coach Mueller and Coach Eastman break down a 3-0 week, which propelled IWU to their best start in program history at 12-3 in which several program records fell. They also preview College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin action which begins Thursday, Feb. 19 at top-10 Carthage College.
