NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Junior Will Nazha (Barrington, Ill.-Barrington) and sophomore Lach Sullivan (Rochester, Ill.-Rochester) were recognized by the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Monday, Oct. 5, following their performances in Illinois Wesleyan University football's 34-14 win over Carthage College, Oct. 3. Nazha was tabbed the CCIW's Offensive Player of the Week, while Sullivan was voted special teams player of the week.

The duo give the Green and White its fourth and fifth conference weekly award winners this season. Nazha joins Dermot Smyth (Sept. 14) as Titans to receive the offensive honor this season. Sullivan is the first Illinois Wesleyan student-athlete to take home special teams honors in 2026. The last Titan to receive the accolade was Nazha Oct. 27, 2025, as he followed Matt Worthington's Oct. 20, 2025 selection.

Nazha continued to lead the Titan offense, coming up with another big game in Illinois Wesleyan's Homecoming win. Nazha hauled in a game-high nine catches with a career-high 168 yards. He snatched two touchdown catches - one 43-yarder and another 44-yarder. Nazha's performance marked his fourth 100-yard receiving game of the season, while his two TDs signified his second multiple score outing. One of the elite receivers across Division III, Nazha is fifth nationally in receiving yards (619), sixth in receptions per game (8.2), and ninth in receiving yards per game (123.8) and leads the CCIW in all three categories.

Sullivan hit two key field goals against the Firebirds, while providing a steady presence in the kicking game. Sullivan was pure from 36 yards and then from 27 yards, while also going 4-for-4 in PATs. The sophomore placekicker tallied seven kickoffs for 414 yards, good for an average of 59.1 yards per kick.

Illinois Wesleyan opens up a two-game road stint Saturday, Oct. 10, in Waukesha, Wis. The Titans will take on Carroll University with kickoff set for 2 p.m.
