BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's basketball team was included in the D3hoops.com Top-25 for the 36th straight week Monday, Jan. 26, as the organization released its eighth edition of the rankings this season. IWU sits 19th with 191 points.

Illinois Wesleyan, which has been ranked in every poll since week two of the 2023-24 season, is one of two College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin teams in the top-20. After evening the season series against the Titans, Carroll University climbed to No. 16. 

The Titans are 13-5 on the season, with four of their five losses coming to teams currently ranked in D3hoops listing. The Green and White lost in overtime at No. 9 Hope, while also falling to No. 11 UW-Whitewater, No. 17 Chicago, and 16th-ranked CU. On the flip side, Illinois Wesleyan holds wins over No. 15 WashU, No. 16 Carroll, No. 24 Bethel, and No. 25 UW-La Crosse. 

IWU finishes up a four-game stint away from its home floor with a short jaunt to Millikin University Wednesday, Jan. 28. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. inside MU's Griswold Center.
