Softball Closes Out Year 15th in Final NFCA Poll

Titans made first Super Regional appearance since 2019

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Illinois Wesleyan University softball team posted its highest ranking of the season as the National Fastpitch Coaches Association released its final top-25 of the year Tuesday, June 10. The Titans accrued 110 points, climbing five spots into 15th. 

Illinois Wesleyan compiled a 37-9 overall record in 2025, breaking the program's longest win streak record with 25 straight victories. The Green and White won the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin regular season and tournament championships, while winning a regional in the NCAA Division III Softball Tournament for the first time since 2019. 

IWU saw eight named All-CCIW, with three garnering NFCA All-Region accolades. Jen Kuhn reeled in NFCA First Team All-America status and was named the Rawlings Gold Glove Award recipient at shortstop. Tiffany Prager and staff were voted the CCIW Coaching Staff of the Year as well as the NFCA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year.

The NFCA/GoRout Division III Top 25 Coaches Poll is selected by 10 NCAA Division III head coaches representing the 10 NCAA regions. Final 2025 records are listed, with first-place votes in parentheses.
