Eastburn tallied a team-leading five goals to finish with five points. Weinberg and sophomore Jarrett Brunson (Marshall, Wis.-Sun Prairie East) totaled four points apiece. Weinberg notched his on one goal and three assists, while Brunson net all four of his via goals, setting career-highs in both categories.

At the X, Schroeder had a day, going 10-for-11, and led the Titans with six ground balls. Lombardo added a 4-for-8 showing, while junior Michael Rocco (Libertyville, Ill.-Libertyville), and freshmen Jake Sline (Homewood, Ill.-Homewood Flossmoor) and Matt Arnold (Arlington Heights, Ill.-Prospect) each went 3-for-5. Junior Karsten Nordlie (Roscoe, Ill.-Honenegah Community) finished second on the squad with five ground balls.

Logging the first 15 minutes in goal, Tervo was credited with the win behind three saves. Junior Sam Scott (Worthington, Ohio-Thomas Worthington) came in for the second quarter, making four saves. Manning the iron in the third period, freshman Jaymeson Zackery (Saint Paul, Minn.-Eastview) stopped three shots. Finishing the game in goal, freshman A.J. Two straight Eastburn goals quickly opened the game in favor of the Green and White. Boone fed the senior on the first, and T. McHugh notched the assist on the second. Schroeder won the ensuing faceoff, and freshman Carlo Adams (Knoxville, Tenn.-West) scooped the ground ball to set up the offense. Weinberg found Boone at the top of the key, who ripped a shot to make it 3-0 with just under 12 minutes remaining in the opening quarter. Roughly a minute later, junior Noah Dretzka (Delafield, Wis.-Kettle Moraine) made it a four-goal game, as he buried a pass from Black.

Junior Billy McHugh (Orland Park, Ill.-Mount Carmel) smacked the ball clear out of Carroll's stick, setting up the offense. The Titans wasted no time as Weinberg sent one across the field to T. McHugh for a goal, making it 5-0, and forcing CU to burn an early timeout.

Right out of the break, Schroeder won the faceoff, and scooped up the ground ball to get the Green and White quickly back on offense. Boone sent one to T. McHugh for a goal shortly after, making it 6-0 early.

In a man-down situation, Tervo came up with a save, and the Titans raced down the field to get into scoring position. T. McHugh sent a pass high to Weinberg, who caught and spun mid-air for a goal, making it 7-0 at the 7:57 mark. IWU scored twice more, via foals goals from Adams and Black, before CU got on the board.

The Titans net the first three goals of the second quarter to extend their lead. Kittoe fed Eastburn for another goal to begin the scoring. The Colorado Springs, Colo. native stayed hot, as he downed a pass from sophomore Jake Kahoun (Worthington, Ohio-Thomas Worthington) for his sixth goal of the contest, and third straight score, to make it 12-2 with 13:15 left to play in the first half.

CU followed with a goal of its own to bring the home team's advantage back down to 10, but IWU quickly found its footing on offense again. Sophomore Jack Raine (South Elgin, Ill.-St. Charles North) found Kahoun to make it 14-3 with 3:53 left to play in the second period.

After a Pios goal, freshman Ethan Cavanaugh (Davis, Calif.-Davis Senior) buried a dish from Kahoun with 51 seconds remaining, giving the Green and White a 15-4 edge going into halftime.

The Titans struck first in the third period, as Brunson net a goal off an assist from freshman Charlie Burghardt (Milwaukee, Wis.-Brookfield Central). With 8:45 remaining, Conroy got in on the scoring, making it a 13-score game. Registering his first collegiate assists, freshman Jeremy Langosch (Grayslake, Ill.-Warren Township) found Brunson for a goal with three seconds on the clock, upping IWU's lead to 18-4 heading into the final period.

Sline won the faceoff to begin the final 15 minutes of play. Making quick work on offense, Raine piped one into the top corner for his goal of the season, bringing the score to 19-4 at the 14:50 mark.

Following a CU miscue, Burghardt trucked his defender and found the back of the net for his first collegiate goal, making it 20-5.

After the Pioneers scored, the Titans registered five straight scores. Freshman Jack Vander Kooi (Buffalo, Minn.-Buffalo) net his first collegiate goal, followed by scores from sophomore Nate Pound (Theinsville, Wis.-Homestead), Cavanaugh, and two from Brunson to close out the run, bringing the score to 25-6. Pound found freshman Owen Miller (Brookfield, Wis.-Brookfield Central) for his first collegiate score, as he made it 26-7 with 25 seconds left to play.
