IWU and University of St. Thomas (Texas) will face each other Tuesday, March 11, at 11 a.m., and the Titans will follow by taking on Belhaven University at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 12. The Green and White will conclude its trip by facing Earlham College Friday, March 14, at 11 a.m.

IWU makes the trip after narrowly falling to Cornell College Sunday, March 2, dropping the bout, 4-3. Illinois Wesleyan opened the match by taking the one-point decision in doubles. Sophomores Amber Ehrlich (Springfield, Ill.-Glenwood) and Olivia Bell (Bloomington, Ill.-Bloomington) secured the victory at No. 1 doubles, needing a tiebreaker to do so, as the duo won 7-6 (4). Freshmen Gabi Lipske (Gurnee, Ill.-Mundelein) and Katie Van Heuklon (Normal, Ill.-Normal West) notched the win at No. 2 doubles, securing the point for the Titans with a score of 6-4. In singles action, Van Heuklon logged the win in the No. 3 singles slot, taking her sets 7-6 (4) and 6-1. Bell secured her second win of the night, as she took her sets 6-2, 6-3, at No. 4 singles.

The Titans will meet St. Thomas (3-1), Belhaven (1-5), and Earlham (2-2) on the courts for the first time in program history. UST narrowly defeated Austin College in its most recent dual, escaping with a 4-3 win Sunday, March 2.
