BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's volleyball team will begin a string of three straight College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin matches with a trip to Naperville, Ill., to take on No. 19 North Central College Saturday, March 22. First serve is scheduled for 3 p.m. inside Gregory Arena.

The Titans (12-8, 2-4 CCIW) most recently defeated North Park University in four sets Wednesday night, March 19, marking the most wins in a season in the program's five-year collegiate existence. Rohlwing's offensive outburst came on a whopping .650 attack percentage. Senior Vince DiCosola (Aurora, Ill.-Oswego East) was behind a chunk of the attack, as he finished with 32 assists, two shy of his career-best. Rohlwing led the net defense with five blocks, while three Titans notched nine digs.

Williams has led the Titan offense this season, having recorded 195 kills, an average of three per set, on a .227 clip. Rohlwing's 145 kills are good for second, coming on a .336 attack percentage. Freshman Ethan Kuziela (Chicago, Ill.-Marist) is third with 131 kills, averaging 2.57 per set. Sophomore Brenden Reutter (Frankfort, Ill.-Lincoln-Way East) leads the team with 22 aces, followed by Williams with 15, and 10 from freshman Ben Zima (Glen Ellyn, Ill.-Glenbard South)

The duo of Reutter and DiCosola has helped propel the offense this season. Reutter leads the team in assists, having accrued 356 assists, an average of 4.88 per set. DiCosola closely follows with 314 helpers, an average of 4.55 per set. Reutter continues to lead the nation in triple-double performances, having recorded two on the season.

On the defensive end, junior Jace Milka (Bolingbrook, Ill.-Plainfield East) holds a team-best 145 digs, an average of 1.96 per set. Williams is second with 117, and Reutter's 112 digs round out the top three. Wreaking havoc at the net all season, Rohlwing leads the team with 81 blocks. His average of 1.13 rejections per set leads the CCIW and ranks seventh in Division III. Senior Jake Kougan (Frankfort, Ill.-Lincoln-Way East) is second with 37 blocks, followed by 34 stuffs from Reutter.

IWU looks for its first win over NCC (11-5, 4-2 CCIW), as the Cardinals have won all nine previous contests. The Titans fell in straight sets in the most recent meeting Tuesday, Feb. 18. Williams led the Green and White offense with six kills, while Reutter had team-highs of eight assists and eight digs. North Central most recently upended fourth-ranked Carthage College in five sets Wednesday, March 19.
