BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's tennis team is set to host College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin foe Wheaton College for its fall season finale Friday, Oct. 13. Action is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. at Evergreen Racquet Club.

The Titans (5-6, 1-6 CCIW) enter Friday's bout off a 7-2 loss to Carroll University Sunday, Oct. 8. In Sunday's match, Illinois Wesleyan saw freshman Amber Ehrlich (Springfield, Ill.-Glenwood) extend her win streak at No. 1 singles to five, as she won her sets 6-0, 6-2. Her 4-0 week in singles play, paired with a 2-2 record at No. 1 doubles, earned Ehrlich the program's first CCIW Player of the Week honor since 2016. Fellow freshman Olivia Bell (Bloomington, Ill.-Bloomington) also picked up a victory, as she took No. 3 singles, 4-6, 6-4, 10-4.
