Titans Travel to Elmhurst for Last Away Game of the Regular Season

Men’s lacrosse are 4-0 in CCIW play

ELMHURST, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University men's lacrosse team heads north to take on Elmhurst University Saturday, April 24 for a 1 p.m. mid-afternoon match. The Titans, who have won six straight, lead in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin with a perfect 4-0 record and sit at 9-1 overall. IWU travels to Elmhurst which is 9-3, 2-1 in the CCIW.

The Titans and Blue Jays have played each other a total of eight times since 2014 as IWU leads the series 7-1 and has won the last seven straight games. The last time the two squads met was in the 2019 season where the teams squared off twice. Once during the regular season where the Titans went on to win 29-20, and then met in the CCIW Championship game as the Green and White claimed the CCIW title with a 25-18 victory.
