BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University softball team returns home for the start of a four-game stint at Inspiration Field Wednesday, April 21, when Augustana College comes to town for a midweek doubleheader. First pitch between the Titans and Vikings is scheduled for 4 p.m.

Illinois Wesleyan, winners of nine of its last 10, holds a record of 17-9 overall and 14-6 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin. Augustana enters the twin bill with a 6-18 record, including a 3-13 mark in CCIW play, and are coming off a sweep of North Park, April 18.

Illinois Wesleyan and Augie have squared off 63 times ahead of Wednesday, with the Green and White leading the series 37-26. The Titans and Vikings split a doubleheader in Rock Island, Ill. earlier this month. Augie edged IWU 1-0 in the opener, but Illinois Wesleyan bounced back with a 7-2 victory in game two.
