BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - With limited fans in the Shirk Center, the Illinois Wesleyan University men's volleyball team dropped a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin matchup to Augustana College Wednesday night, March 24. The Titans (2-12, 1-8 CCIW) were defeated by the Vikings (9-4, 8-2 CCIW) in straight sets by scores of 25-22, 25-21, and 25-17.

KJ Johnson (Saint John, Ind.-Marian Catholic) led the Titan offense with a team high 13 kills on 35 attempts.
Michael Eastman (Chicago, Ill.-Saint Ignatius) had nine kills and
Alec Mucha (Geneva, Ill.-Geneva) contributed six kills. Setter
Bradley Benson (Lemont, Ill.-Lemont Township) racked up 19 assists and an ace.Â

On the offensive end, the Vikings had 43 kills on 89 attempts (.348), while the Titans had 33 kills on 97 attempts (.206). The Vikings held a 6-2 advantage in service aces, while IWU and Augustana each had 10 blocks.Â
