BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan University women's tennis team travels to the windy city for its last regular season match against North Park University Saturday, Oct. 16, with College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Tournament seeding on the line. The match, which was originally scheduled for 3 p.m., has been moved up to 1:45 p.m. to accommodate the anticipated weather.

IWU and NPU will go head-to-head for seventh-place in the CCIW regular season standings. The winner of Saturday's dual will lock up the No. 7 and  play No. 2 Millikin University Thursday, Oct. 21. The Titans and Vikings have played each other a total of eight times with Saturday's dual marking the 10th meeting between the two teams. IWU found themselves last facing North Park in the 2020-21 play-in match April 25, 2021. The Titans beat NPU 5-0 to advance them into the next round of the tournament before North Central ended the Titans season.
