OSCEOLA, Fla. -- In a four-and-a-half hour, 10 inning game that featured 28 hits, 24 walks and 14 errors, the Illinois Wesleyan baseball team lost by a 13-12 score to Massachusetts-Dartmouth at Heritage Park Field No. 1 in Osceola, Fla., on Monday, March 11.
The Titans have lost two in a row and are 4-3 this season while the Corsairs improved to 3-3.

Connor Olson had two hits, scored two runs and had three runs batted in while Bosco had two runs batted in along with senior shortstop
Stephen Billington, who also had two hits.
Illinois Wesleyan rallied from being down 4-0 after one inning to score three in the second and two in the third to take a 5-4 lead. All five errors were unearned as IWU took advantage of eight total Corsair miscues in the game. With the game tied at 6-6 after nine innings, Illinois Wesleyan jumped out to a 12-6 lead with a six-run top of the 10th coming on one hit, one error, five walks, and a hit batsman.
But the Corsairs rallied to win with seven runs in the bottom of the 10th on four singles, a double, three walks and one IWU error, the team's sixth.

Evan Daly (1-1), was tagged with the loss. A total of 446 pitches were thrown by a combined 14 pitchers with UMass Dartmouth having 229 and Illinois Wesleyan delivering 217.
