Cameron Hindel to lead the Illinois Wesleyan women's soccer team to a 3-0 win over Ohio Northern at Neis Field on Sunday, Sept. 2.

Tony Dulak his first win at Illinois Wesleyan, while the preseason No. 8 Polar Bears slipped to 0-2 in their second shutout loss.
After a scoreless first half, Edington scored her first goal of the season at 53:15 with an assist to Hindel. Hindel then provided her first goal of the year after nifty pass by Edington at 79:45.
Winning a battle with two Ohio Northern defenders, Edington kicked the ball past the keeper at 84:54 to cap the scoring at 3-0.
The Titans outshot Ohio Northern, 11-10, and held a 7-3 advantage in shots on goal as IWU sophomore keeper
Kelli McCarthy made three saves.
What's Next?
The Titans play on the road next weekend, taking on Wisconsin-LaCrosse on Saturday, Sept. 8, at 1 p.m., and playing at Luther College on Sunday, Sept. 9, at 4 p.m.
