NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Senior Andrea Kerwin posted the only win of the day as the Illinois Wesleyan women's tennis team lost an 8-1 decision to North Central on Sunday, Sept. 29, at the NCC Tennis Courts in Naperville, Ill.

Kerwin was a winner over Katie Drone, 6-3, 6-3 at No. 1 singles.

The Titans slipped to 2-6 overall and finished 2-4 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin while the Cardinals improved to 7-5 overall and also 2-4 in the CCIW.

The next competition for IWU will be next Friday and Saturday (Oct. 4-5) at the CCIW Championships, hosted by Illinois Wesleyan at Bloomington's Evergreen Racquet Club.
