BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - For the fourth straight year, the Illinois Wesleyan women's basketball team is the champion of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin after a 90-58 win over North Park on Saturday, Feb. 19, at the Shirk Center.
The Titans, who will host the conference tournament next Friday and Saturday, No team has ever won four straight outright CCIW women's titles – Millikin won five in a row from 1994 to 1998 but shared the crown with Carthage in 1996.
Illinois Wesleyan has a record of 20-4 overall and 12-1 in conference action while the Vikings' season ends at 9-16 overall and 3-11 in the CCIW.

Illinois Wesleyan made 35 of 70 from the field (.500) and connected on seven of 25 3-point free tries (.280) while making 13 of 15 free throws (.867). IWU was guilty of 20 turnovers. The Titans shot .571 in the first half (20 of 35) en route to a commanding 47-21 lead at recess,
The Vikings shot .439 (25 of 57) from the field and made only one of 12 (.083) from beyond the 3-point arc. North Park made seven of 12 free throws (.583).
Roxanne Jones was the only Viking to score in double figures with 12 points.
Illinois Wesleyan held a 47-25 rebounding lead as Lett grabbed six.
The Titans end their regular season with a 5:15 p.m. home game against Augustana on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
