KENOSHA, Wis. - The No. 11 rated Illinois Wesleyan women's basketball team placed four players in double figure scoring, led by senior
Stacey Arlis with 20, in posting a 70-60 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin victory at No. 15 Carthage on Saturday, Jan. 8.

Hope Schulte added 12 and senior
Nikki Preston scored 11 as the Titans improved to 10-3 overall and 2-0 in the league.
The Lady Reds are now 9-4 and 0-2 in the CCIW.
Illinois Wesleyan held a dominating rebound edge of 44-29, led by nine from Arlis, and the Cardinals and Titans each committed 21 turnovers.
IWU, who led 38-32 at the half, led by as many as 20 at 65-45 with 5:52 to play in the game. The Titans shot .500 from the field in the game (23 of 46) and made eight of 20 (.400) 3-point field goal tries. IWU made 16 of 20 from the free throw line (.800).
Carthage also shot .500 (21 of 42) from the field and made four of 15 (.267) from beyond the 3-point arc. The Lady Reds, who got 16 points from Cailee Corcoran, made 14 of 18 free throws (.778).
Illinois Wesleyan outrebounded the Lady Reds, 27-18, and Schulte was the team leader with six. The Titans committed 28 turnovers to 29 for Carthage.
Illinois Wesleyan will play next at Millikin in Decatur on Tuesday, Jan. 11 at 7:30 p.m.
