BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - The No. 1-nationally ranked Illinois Wesleyan women's basketball team claimed its second straight College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin championship with a 101-57 decision over Wheaton on Feb. 14 at the Shirk Center.

The Titans improved to 22-0 overall and 12-0 in the CCIW behind the 16 points off the bench from sophomore Stacey Arlis, 15 points and nine rebounds from junior Christina Solari, 14 points from senior Mallory Heydorn and 13 points off the bench from freshman Kylie Castans.

The Titans shot 57 percent from the field (38 of 67) and made 11 of 27 3-point tries while forcing 28 Thunder turnovers. Wheaton (13-9, 8-3 CCIW) was led by the 18 point effort from Kathleen Fidelia.

The Titans, who play a nonconference game at Olivet Nazarene at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17, will host the CCIW tournament on Friday-Saturday, Feb. 27-28.
