Box Score The Illinois Wesleyan women's basketball team, ranked No. 1 in both the USA Today/ESPN poll and the D3hoops.com poll, breezed past Elmhurst by an 87-50 score at the Shirk Center on Tuesday, Jan. 27.
The win was the 17th straight for IWU, setting a new school record, and the 17-0 Titans improved to 7-0 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin.

Wesleyan shot 53 percent from the field (34 of 64) and forced 24 turnovers while limiting the Bluejays to 31 percent shooting from the floor (20 of 65). Elmhurst dropped to 10-7 overall and 3-3 in the league. The Titans play next at North Central at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31.
