BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- Illinois Wesleyan head coach
David Barrett was presented with his 200th career win in a 4-1 victory over Millikin at IWU's Neis Field on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
No. 8-nationally ranked Illinois Wesleyan improved to 15-1-0 and 5-0-0 in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin while the Big Blue slipped to 6-8-0 overall and 1-3-0 in the CCIW.
Illinois Wesleyan outshot Millikin, 26-1, and had 15 shots on goal compared to one for Millikin.
The Titans opened the scoring early when senior
Tess Bottorff tapped in a header for her sixth goal of the season after a cross from
Sydney Fox just 1:44 into the game. IWU took a 2-0 lead into the locker room at halftime as junior
Amanda Kaiser scored on an assist from freshman

Alison Seger got her fourth goal of the year at 49:01 with an assist to Fox and the Titans' final goal came from
Emily Snider at 55:17 with Seger getting the assist.
The shutout was spoiled with the lone Big Blue goal coming from Amber Bell, her first of the season, at 81:39.
What's Next?Illinois Wesleyan hosts Elmhurst at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Neis Field. The Bluejays are 7-4-2 overall and 2-2-0 in league play.
