Nick Anderson has advanced to the second round in the first-ever NCAA Elite 89 Fan Favorite. The field has been narrowed to 30 semifinalists (from 89) and voting for round two is underway until 7 p.m. Tuesday (July 15). The top 10 vote-getters will advance to the finals on Wednesday and Thursday.

Anderson (Edwardsville, Ill., HS) was the recipient of the Elite 89 award for the 2014 NCAA Division III men's basketball championship and was also the winner of the award in 2012 when the Titans last played in the national semifinals. A business (marketing) major with a 3.97 grade-point average, Anderson was presented with the award during the championshp's banquet on Thursday, March 20, the eve of the Titans' national semifinal game against Wis.-Whitewater.
