2014 IWU Men's Cross Country Statistics

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Freshman Nolan Tweedy was selected as the "Most Valuable Performer" for the 2014 Illinois Wesleyan men's cross country team.

Tweedy (Yorkville, Ill./ Yorkville HS), who was also tabbed as the team's "Best Newcomer", was the low finisher for Illinois Wesleyan in six of the seven meets this fall, including a 26th place finish in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin event with a time of 26:08.29. He was also the Titans' low placer in the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional with a time of 26:30.1.

In other team honors, senior Leo Martinez (Chicago, Marist HS) was named the "Hardest Worker."

IWU head coach Greg Huffaker awarded letters to 11 athletes. They are:
