Individual ResultsSOMERS, Wis. - The Illinois Wesleyan women's cross country team turned in an 11th place showing at the 20-team Lucian Rosa Invitational hosted by Wis.-Parkside on Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Dannehl National Cross Country Course in Somers, Wis.
The Titans had 278 points as Northern Michigan University won the meet, scoring 58 points with Saginaw Valley State University collecting the runner-up finish with 71 points. Wayne State University rounded out the top three, scoring 103 points.

Erin McCarey was IWU's low finisher, coming in 30th with a time of 18:54.1.Senior
Kelsey Buerger was 47th with her time of 19:11, junior
Lydia Rudd was 56th in a run of 19:27.5 and junior
Amanda Macuiba was also in the top 75, finishing 68th with a time of 19:46.
Saginaw Valley State University's Emily Short secured top individual honors, winning the 271-athlete race in 17:41.5.
What's Next?The Titans will be north of the Illinois border again next weekend at the Brooks Invitational, hosted by Wis.-Oshkosh at the Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne, Wis., on Saturday, Oct. 18.
