2013 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Men's Tennis Teams
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Illinois Wesleyan junior
Brian Sorich was named to the first team and senior
Nick Kenaga to the second team of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin men's tennis squads as selected by the CCIW's head men's tennis coaches and announced on Thursday (May 9).
Sorich was 13-10 overall in singles in 2012-13, including a 10-7 record at No. 1 singles. He also had an overall 13-11 doubles record with a 12-11 overall doubles mark with Kenaga.
Kenaga was 9-14 overall as a singles player and 8-10 at No. 2 singles.
Ryan Kreis of Wheaton was named the CCIW "Player of the Year" and Elmhurst's Anthony McPherson was chosen as the CCIW "Coach of the Year." Vince McPherson of Elmhurst earned the "Most Valuable Player" honor in the CCIW Men's Tennis Championships.
