2013 All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Men's Basketball

Dylan Overstreet were named to the first team of the all-league squads and
Ron Rose was chosen as the "Coach of the Year" for men's basketball in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin, announced on Monday (Feb. 25).
Senior
Kevin Reed was selected to the second team.
Overstreet (Paxton, Ill., Paxton-Buckley-Loda HS) led the CCIW in assists with 5.5 per game and averaged 8.9 points in CCIW contests. His .783 free throw percentage was eighth in the conference.
Ziemnik (Oswego, Ill., HS) was 12th in the CCIW with an 11.5 scoring average and he was 11th with a .471 field goal percentage.
Reed (Arlington Heights, Ill., Prospect HS), who averaged 9.5 points, was fourth in the CCIW with a .610 field goal percentage and sixth in rebounds with 6.8 per game. He was also sixth with 0.79 blocks per game.
The Titans went 13-1 and won the regular season league title for the first time since 2005. It is the school's 28th league title and 22nd men's hoops championship won outright.
As a team IWU led the league in scoring with 78.1 points per game, scoring margin (+16.6), field goal percentage (.494), 3-point field goal percentage (.389), rebounds (40.4 per game), rebound margin (+11.4), and assists (16.29).
Sophomore
Pat Sodemann (Chesterfield, Mo., Parkway West HS) led the CCIW in free throw shooting (.925) and was second in 3-pointers made per game (1.86) and 3-point accuracy (.491).
North Central's Derek Raridon was selected as the winner of the 2013 "Fred Young Most Outstanding Player" honor and Augustana's Ben Ryan earned the CCIW "Freshman of the Year" award.
Illinois Wesleyan will host the Pioneers of Transylvania University at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, in the first round of the 62-team 2013 NCAA Division III basketball championships.
The Titans (21-5) are making their fourth straight and 22nd overall NCAA tournament appearance in the 29 years of NCAA affiliation and have a 47-21 record in tournament play, including a national championship in 1997, third place finishes in 1996, 2001 and 2006 and a semifinal appearance in 2012. IWU advanced to the round of eight in 2010.
