Alex Hill was chosen to the first team and junior setter
Erin Wachtel and sophomore hitter
Morgan Howard earned honorable mention on the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin all-league squads chosen by coaches and announced Monday (Nov. 5).
A middle hitter, Hill was a second team all-CCIW selection as a junior. This fall she tied for fourth in hitting percentage with a .310 mark in conference matches and was 11th in kills with 60.
Wachtel was second in the CCIW with 9.20 assists per set and led the league with 230 total set assists in 25 matches.
Howard was ninth in CCIW statistics with a .265 hitting percentage and was 10th with 61 kills.
The Titans finished with an overall record of 18-15 for the second straight year and were 3-4 in the CCIW.
Elmhurst's Julie Hall was chosen as CCIW "Coach of the Year" and Megan Reynolds was named CCIW "Player of the Year" as the Bluejays won both the CCIW regular season and tournament titles and the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Volleyball Championship. It is Elmhurst's second-straight NCAA postseason appearance.
Laura Kluk of North Central was tabbed as CCIW "Freshman of the Year."
