2011 Augustana Brissman/Lundeen Invitational - Men's Results  |  Women's Results

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Illinois Wesleyan men's cross country team finished fifth (of 33) and the women placed sixth (of 27) at the Brissman/Lundeen Invitational on Friday, Sept. 23, held at Saukie Golf Course in Rock Island, Ill.

The men finished with 209 points as first-place Augustana had 43 points. IWU's low finisher was senior T.J. Luby, who finished fourth overall with a time of 25:11.5 while sophomore Bobby Castillo finished in 34th place with his time of 26:02.3.

The men's champion was Andrew McLain of Lewis University with a time of 24:52.8.

The Illinois Wesleyan women finished with 156 points as first-place Olivet Nazarene had 51 points. St. Norbert was the low Division III team in the meet, coming in fourth with 135 points.

IWU's low finisher was for the second straight week was sophomore Rachael Williams, whose time of 22:46 was good for 12th place. Junior Elise Anderson finished in 16th place with her time of 22:52.9.

The women's champion at the invitational was Karen Grauel of Truman State University with a time of 21:53.4.
