OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Illinois Wesleyan women's cross country team finished 21st of 43 teams at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational on Saturday, October 15, at the Lake Breeze Golf Club in Winneconne, Wis.
The Titans finished with a team total of 542 points as the winning team was Washington University with 61 points, followed by Massachusetts Institute of Technology with 123, Calvin College (Mich.) with 188, St. Olaf College (Minn.) with 190 and Ohio Northern University with 222.
Washington University, who finished second at last year's NCAA Division III Championship, entered the Brooks Invitational ranked third in the NCAA Division III, Massachusetts Institute of Technology fifth, Calvin College seventh, St. Olaf College 13th and Carleton College (Minn.) 15th..
Junior
Rachael Williams was the Titans' low finisher with her time of 23:00, placing her 46th. Junior
Elise Anderson was in 96th place with her time of 23:38 in the 6,000 meter race.

Meagan DeSalvo was in 125th with a time of 24:01 and sophomore
Cassie Anderson finished in 24:05 for 133rd place. Sophomore
Carmin Beck had a time of 24:11 and placed 142nd to finish the scoring runners for Illinois Wesleyan.
Erica Jackey of Washington University was first with a time of 21:38.13, followed by Christy Cazzola of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (21:43.46), Jodi Hoekstra of Calvin College (21:56.79), Brooke Johnson of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (22:03.74) and Simone Childs-Walker of Carleton (22:04.57).
