Illinois Wesleyan's Norm Eash will join the seven other College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin football coaches in the second annual preseason live chat on Thursday, August 5, from 10:30 to 11 a.m.
Media, fans and other followers of CCIW football can join the chat by visiting the
CCIW website on August 5. During the chat, participants will be able to ask questions of all eight CCIW football coaches regarding the upcoming season. The annual CCIW preseason football coaches' poll will be announced at the conclusion of the chat.
Joining the chat with Eash from 10:30 to 11 a.m. will be Augustana’s Jim Barnes, Carthage’s Tim Rucks and Elmhurst’s Tim Lester.
Available from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. will be Millikin’s Doug Neibuhr, North Central’s John Thorne, North Park’s Scott Pethtel and Wheaton’s Mike Swider.
The online chat will be conducted by CCIW Assistant Commissioner/Sports Information Director Mike Krizman and all questions will be screened before they are presented to the coaches. The coaches will try to answer as many questions from the audience as possible.
