Senior outside hitter Michele Malinowski and junior middle hitter Emily Hagen were chosen to the first team of the 2008 all-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin volleyball squads, announced on Nov. 10.

Malinowski (Shorewood, Ill., Providence Catholic HS), who was an honorable mention selection in 2007, finished sixth in kills with 2.89 per set and Hagen (Burr Ridge, Ill., Nazareth Academy) was second in the CCIW with a .363 hitting percentage and third with 3.41 kills per set.

Freshman setter Stacy Hassinger (Noblesville, Ind., Westfield HS) earned honorable mention as she led the conference with 10.59 assists per set.

The Titans finished 18-17 overall and tied for second in the league with a 5-2 record.
